Quality Assurance
The Pharmaceutical Research Center at Zarqa University is committed to providing high-quality services to sponsors. To achieve this goal, the center has established a Quality Assurance (QA) Department consisting of a team of experienced quality professionals. This department is responsible for ensuring that all services provided by the center meet the highest standards and comply with relevant regulations, including GLP and nationally recognized standards.
The QA Department reports directly to the top management of the center and operates independently within the center. It is involved in all customer service activities, ensuring that quality practices are understood and adhered to by all employees. This ensures that the studies and test results produced by the center are accurate, reliable, and delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner.
The QA Department has been established to ensure the highest quality studies and tests are conducted and that procedures in all departments of the center are updated to comply with current regulations. Its main goals include ensuring that studies and tests are carried out according to plan and in compliance with policies and regulatory requirements, establishing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for each step of the laboratory testing process, establishing SOPs for each step of the animal research facility activities, defining administrative requirements, specifying corrective actions, and ensuring the adequacy and competency of the staff.
The QA Department also performs internal and external audits to ensure that all processes are being carried out according to plan and in compliance with relevant regulations. This guarantees that the center remains committed to conducting high-quality studies and tests that meet the highest standards of accuracy, reliability, and compliance.
