Maintenance Unit manages all engineering works such as civil and
electrical constructions, health system, heating and cooling systems, sunshades
and car parks.
Unit personnel also do the necessary and daily maintenance works
regularly, set up electricity and water installations for different university’s
utilities, and manufacture all university’s furniture and supplies such as tables,
desks and cupboards. The unit includes workshops in the following fields: carpentry,
electricity, cooling, heating, smith Aluminium polishing, smithery and mechanics
Water processing station: the university is provided with 5000 Litrs of water
daily using the most recent devices tested in the labs of the Ministry of Health
to supply student with and pure water. An industrial water processing station was
established at university with a capacity of 42 m3/h to provide university
with pure water as an electricity generator was set up to solve blackout problems.
