Zarqa University Celebrates Its Graduates in the “Al-Karama Class” with a Prestigious Ceremony at Pr

Under the patronage of Dr. Mahmoud Abu Shaera, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Zarqa Company for Education and Investment, Zarqa University celebrated on Tuesday the graduation of a distinguished group of students as part of the 29th graduating class, “Al-Karama Class,” during a prestigious ceremony held at Prince Mohammed Youth City. The graduation celebrations are taking place over two days, Tuesday and Wednesday, 18–19 August 2026.

The ceremony was attended by Eng. Samir Al-Habashneh, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Zarqa University; Professor Nidal Al-Ramahi, President of the University; Professor Nidal Aisha, Vice President for Administrative Affairs; Professor Alaa Al-Din Sadiq, Vice President for Academic Affairs; Professor Reda Al-Mawadiyeh, Assistant President for Quality and Development Affairs; Professor Khaled Al-Zaydeen, Assistant President for Admission and Registration Affairs; and Dr. Mukhlad Al-Zoubi, Dean of Student Affairs, in addition to a number of academic and administrative staff members and a large gathering of graduates’ families and relatives.

The first day of the graduation ceremony witnessed the graduation of students from the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Faculty of Arts and Design, Faculty of Media, Faculty of Sharia, Faculty of Educational Sciences, Faculty of Arts, and Faculty of Law, amid a festive atmosphere filled with joy and pride as graduates and their families celebrated the culmination of years of dedication, perseverance, and hard work.

The graduation celebrations will continue on Wednesday with students from the Faculty of Nursing, Faculty of Allied Medical Sciences, Faculty of Science, Faculty of Information Technology, Faculty of Pharmacy, Faculty of Graduate Studies, and Faculty of Technological Engineering, as Zarqa University continues to honor its graduates and celebrate their academic achievements.

Professor Nidal Al-Ramahi, President of Zarqa University, congratulated the graduates and their families on this occasion, emphasizing that graduation represents the culmination of an academic journey marked by dedication, hard work, and achievement, as well as the beginning of a new stage of professional responsibility, service, and contribution to the nation and society.

Al-Ramahi stressed that Zarqa University continues its mission of preparing graduates equipped with the knowledge, skills, and competencies required to enter the labor market and contribute effectively to development. He noted that the University places great importance on its students and graduates and remains committed to providing an advanced educational environment that keeps pace with rapidly evolving developments across various fields.

He added that the University takes great pride in its graduates and regards them as ambassadors representing Zarqa University wherever they may be. He encouraged them to continue learning and developing their skills, uphold the values of work, belonging, and responsibility, and apply the knowledge and experience they have gained during their university years in serving their country and society and achieving their future aspirations.

Al-Ramahi also highlighted that the graduation ceremony is a celebration that brings together graduates, their families, faculty members, and University staff to mark an achievement worthy of pride. He affirmed that the University will continue supporting its graduates and strengthening its relationship with them in order to build lasting ties between alumni and their alma mater.

He explained that holding the graduation ceremony at Prince Mohammed Youth City reflects the University’s commitment to organizing an event worthy of its graduates and their families and befitting the significance of this milestone in their academic and professional journeys.

Al-Ramahi expressed his sincere thanks and appreciation to Dr. Mahmoud Abu Shaera, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Zarqa Company for Education and Investment, for his continued support of the University and its educational mission and for his ongoing commitment to providing everything necessary to enhance the quality of education and university activities and events. He also praised the efforts of all academic, administrative, and technical staff members who contributed to the successful organization of the ceremony and ensured that it was presented in a manner worthy of Zarqa University and its graduates.

For his part, Dr. Mukhlad Al-Zoubi, Dean of Student Affairs at Zarqa University, emphasized that the University is committed to making the graduation ceremony an exceptional occasion worthy of its graduates and reflective of its pride in their accomplishments throughout their university journey.

Al-Zoubi congratulated the graduates and their families, wishing them a future filled with success and excellence. He stressed that graduation does not mark the end of their journey, but rather the beginning of a new stage of professional achievement, contribution, and the pursuit of future ambitions.

He noted that the Deanship of Student Affairs, in cooperation with the University’s various faculties and departments, had completed all necessary arrangements to ensure the success of the graduation activities and to present the ceremony in a manner befitting Zarqa University students and their families.

Al-Zoubi added that the University takes pride in its graduates and believes in their ability to represent their alma mater with distinction in various professional fields. He encouraged them to preserve the values they acquired during their university years and to continue pursuing learning, development, and excellence.

He concluded by affirming that the doors of the Deanship of Student Affairs will remain open to graduates and that the University will continue to communicate with and support them, based on its belief that the relationship between the University and its students does not end upon graduation but extends throughout the various stages of their professional and working lives.
