Zarqa University, represented by the Dean of Student Affairs, Dr. Mukhald Al-Zoubi, paid an official visit to the Command of the Public Security Ceremonial Group, where he met with the Group Commander, Colonel Badr Al-Batoush. The visit came as part of efforts to strengthen community partnerships and reinforce institutional cooperation between academic institutions and security agencies.
The visit reflects Zarqa University’s commitment to maintaining continuous communication with the Public Security Directorate and further developing collaborative relations that contribute to serving students and the local community, while supporting joint national and youth-oriented activities.
During the meeting, Dr. Al-Zoubi emphasized the important national and developmental role played by the Public Security Directorate. He praised the high level of professionalism demonstrated by the Ceremonial Group and its distinguished model of discipline and pride in Jordan’s national identity.
He added that the University continuously seeks to provide its students with opportunities to benefit from such outstanding national expertise and to participate in activities that promote the values of loyalty, belonging, and national responsibility.
For his part, Colonel Al-Batoush welcomed the visit and affirmed the Command’s commitment to cooperation and coordination with educational and academic institutions. He also stressed the importance of partnership and effective collaboration across various fields.
At the end of the visit, the two parties exchanged commemorative plaques and expressed their aspiration to organize joint initiatives and programs in the coming period that will benefit the student community and help highlight Jordan’s rich and authentic national heritage.
