The Faculty of Nursing at Zarqa University concluded a series of master's theses examinations in nursing administration for the second semester of the current academic year. These examinations were the culmination of distinguished academic and research efforts, addressing diverse topics that shed light on contemporary issues in the health and nursing sectors in a number of countries, with the participation of a select group of faculty members.

Student Ayman Abdel Rahim Ahmed Awad defended his master's thesis, titled "The Relationship between Institutional Culture and Innovation Behavior among Nurses in Hospitals in the United Arab Emirates," under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Ghada Mohammed Abu Shousha.

Student Reem Lafi Bagheet Al-Anzi defended her master's thesis, titled "The Relationship between Financial Distress, Institutional Betrayal, and Nurses' Perceived Professional Identity in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia," under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Ghada Mohammed Abu Shousha.

Student Madallah Mohammed Khalaf Al-Essa defended his master's thesis, titled "The Relationship between Nursing Managers' Perception of Power and Nurses' Job Commitment in Jordanian Government Hospitals," under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Ghada Mohammed Abu Shousha.

Student Raghad Hassan Ibrahim Musa'dah defended her master's thesis, titled "The Relationship between Technological Stress and Clinical Reasoning Competence among Jordanian Nurses," under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Ghada Mohammed Abu Shousha.

Student May Qasim Muhammad Ghadi also defended her master's thesis, titled "The Relationship between Workplace Fun and Innovative Behavior among Jordanian Nurses," under the supervision of Prof. Ghada Muhammad Abu Shousha.

Marwa Mustafa Abdul Qader Asaad also defended her master's thesis, titled "The Relationship between Nurses' Attitudes Toward Artificial Intelligence and Self-Decision-Making Efficiency in Hospitals in the United Arab Emirates", under the supervision of Dr. Islam Ali Oweidat.

Khalil Adel Khalil Dagher defended his master's thesis, titled "The Impact of Adaptive Leadership and Organizational Resilience on Nurse Engagement and Resistance to Change in Jordan," under the supervision of Dr. Islam Ali Oweidat.

Faleh Nasser Mudasher Al-Ruwaished defended his master's thesis, titled "The Mediating Effect of Moral Resilience and Professional Identity on the Relationship between Moral Distress and Emotional Exhaustion among Nurses in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia," under the supervision of Dr. Islam Ali Oweidat.

Student Ali Manawer Faris Al-Anzi researched his master's thesis, titled "Predictors of Financial Competencies among Nursing Managers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia," under the supervision of Dr. Islam Ali Owaidat.

Student Sherine Khalil Abdul Rahman Al-Shadifat also presented her master's thesis, titled "The Relationship between "Digital Burnout and Multidimensional Job Burden among Jordanian Nurses Using Electronic Health Records," supervised by Dr. Islam Ali Oweidat.

Student Mazoon Farih Nimr Al-Ruwaili defended his master's thesis entitled "Transformational Leadership, Psychological Safety, and Their Impact on Nurses' Sense of Work Importance in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia," supervised by Dr. Islam Ali Oweidat.

Student Rawaa Haitham Hail Al-Abbadi defended her master's thesis entitled "The Relationship between Transformational Leadership and Nurses' Attitudes Toward Advocating for Patients' Rights in Jordan," supervised by Dr. Muhammad Rasmi Al-Usta.

Student Sabreen Ghazi Subhi Al-Ruwaili defended her master's thesis entitled "Nursing Informatics Competence and Effective Clinical Decision-Making among Nurses in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia," supervised by Dr. Muhammad Rasmi Al-Usta.

Student Nada Ibrahim Jamil Al-Hanbali defended her master's thesis entitled "Determinants of Patient Satisfaction with the Quality of Nursing Care in Government Hospitals in Jordan," supervised by Dr. Muhammad Rasmi. Al-Usta.

Student Nahar Sidqi Nahar Al-Gharaibeh defended her master's thesis, titled "The Relationship between Team Dynamics and Quality of Decision-Making among Nurses in Jordan," under the supervision of Dr. Muhammad Rasmi Al-Usta.

Student Ibtihal Muhammad Abdullah Al-Ja'afreh defended her master's thesis, titled "The Impact of Organizational Culture on Nurses' Perceptions of Healthcare Service Quality and Intention to Remain Among Nurses Working in Public Hospitals: A Cross-Sectional Study," under the supervision of Dr. Ahmed Hussein Rayyan.

Student Sabreen Kayed Diab Al-Marjan defended her master's thesis, titled "The Relationship of Mindfulness Trait to Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention among Critical Care Nurses," under the supervision of Dr. Ahmed Hussein Rayyan.

Student Raed Muhammad Salem Al-Azmi defended his master's thesis, titled "The Impact of Work Values ​​and Communication Efficiency on Attendance and Productivity among Al-Jouf Nurses," under the supervision of Dr. Ahmed Hussein Rayyan.

Student Amani Abdulrahman Ahmad Al-Qawasmeh defended her master's thesis, titled "The Relationship between Work Environment and Job Performance." For nurses working in intensive care units in Jordanian hospitals," supervised by Dr. Ahmed Hussein Rayyan.

Student Hamza Yousef Musa Yaqoub defended his master's thesis, entitled "The Relationship between Organizational Culture and Workplace Bullying among Emergency Nurses in Jordan," supervised by Dr. Ahmed Hussein Rayyan.

Student Arroub Bashir Ahmed Arabiyat defended her master's thesis, entitled "The Relationship between Organizational Culture and Nursing Performance and Intention to Stay among Nurses Working in Government Hospitals," supervised by Dr. Ahmed Hussein Rayyan.

Student Intisar Muhammad Marzouq Al-Hamad defended her master's thesis, entitled "The Relationship between Nursing Management Competence and the Professional Role Identity of Nurses in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia," supervised by Prof. Dr. Nidal Farid Aisha.

Student Amal Muhammad Dawood Al-Masarweh defended her master's thesis, entitled "The Psychological State and Professional Well-being of Nurses Working in Internal Medicine Units in Jordan," supervised by Prof. Dr. Nidal Farid Aisha.

Student Hadeel Nayef Muhammad Al-Zawahra's master's thesis, titled "The Relationship between Nurses' Communicative Competence and Their Job Performance," was supervised by Prof. Dr. Nidal Farid Aisha.

Student Abdullah Watani Atiq Al-Ruwaili defended his master's thesis, titled "The Relationship between Quality of Professional Life, Nurses' Autonomy, and Problem-Solving Skills among Nurses in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia," under the supervision of Dr. Anas Hussam Khalifa.

Student Abdulhamid Khalifa Hazloul Al-Anzi defended his master's thesis, titled "Determinants of Knowledge, Attitudes, and Behaviors Related to Cybersecurity in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia," under the supervision of Dr. Anas Hussam Khalifa.

Student Sanaa Mutlaq Muazer Al-Ruwaili defended her master's thesis, titled "The Impact of Team Dynamics and Collaboration between Nurses and Physicians on Patient Safety Culture among Nurses in Intensive Care Units in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia," under the supervision of Dr. Anas Hussam Khalifa.

Student Anba Salama Qartas Al-Daghmani defended her master's thesis, titled "Professional Insecurity and Extra-Role Behavior as Predictors of "Flourishing among Expatriate Nurses in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia," under the supervision of Dr. Anas Hussam Khalifa.

Student Maysa Kasib Matar Al-Kuwaikbi defended her master's thesis entitled "The Relationship between Work Schedule Flexibility and Nurses' Perceptions of Core Work Dimensions and Absenteeism in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia," under the supervision of Dr. Iman Kamel Ibrahim.

Student Nisreen Tayseer Saad Ismail defended her master's thesis entitled "The Relationship between Work Motivations and the Level of Job Engagement among Nurses in Private Hospitals in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia," under the supervision of Dr. Iman Kamel Ibrahim.

Student Amani Mohammed Omar Franti defended her master's thesis entitled "The Mediating Role of Institutional Effectiveness in the Relationship between Saudi Nurse Managers' Delegation Capabilities and Leadership Practices," under the supervision of Dr. Raya Yousef Al-Hasban.

Student Wael Faleh Raheel Al-Anzi defended his master's thesis entitled "Evaluating Telehealth Readiness and Contributing Factors among Nurses and Nurse Managers in Al-Jouf: A Cross-Sectional Study." Supervised by Dr. Raya Yousef Al-Hasban.

Student Abdullah Zaal Awad Al-Anzi defended his master's thesis titled "The Relationship between Perceived Psychological Resilience and Professional Collaboration among Nurses in Northern Saudi Arabia," under the supervision of Dr. Randa Yousef Kharfan.

Student Salsabil Rafiq Muhammad Ali defended her master's thesis, entitled "Psychological Capital and Its Determinants among Jordanian Nurses: A Comparative Analysis of Nurses Working in Public and Private Hospitals in Jordan," under the supervision of Dr. Huda Muhammad Attia.

Student Huda Theeb Awad Al-Ruwaili defended her master's thesis, entitled "The Relationship between Psychological Safety and Nursing Performance among Nurses in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia," under the supervision of Dr. Huda Muhammad Attia.
