The Faculty of Nursing at Zarqa
University concluded a series of master's theses examinations in nursing
administration for the second semester of the current academic year. These examinations
were the culmination of distinguished academic and research efforts, addressing
diverse topics that shed light on contemporary issues in the health and nursing
sectors in a number of countries, with the participation of a select group of
faculty members.

defended his master's thesis, titled "The Relationship between
Institutional Culture and Innovation Behavior among Nurses in Hospitals in the
United Arab Emirates," under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Ghada Mohammed
Abu Shousha.
Student Reem Lafi Bagheet Al-Anzi defended
her master's thesis, titled "The Relationship between Financial Distress,
Institutional Betrayal, and Nurses' Perceived Professional Identity in the
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia," under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Ghada
Mohammed Abu Shousha.

Organizational Resilience on Nurse Engagement and Resistance to Change in

Faleh Nasser Mudasher Al-Ruwaished defended
his master's thesis, titled "The Mediating Effect of Moral Resilience and
Professional Identity on the Relationship between Moral Distress and Emotional
Exhaustion among Nurses in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia," under the
supervision of Dr. Islam Ali Oweidat.
