The Faculty of Pharmacy at Zarqa
University organized a joint interactive introductory workshop for medical
specialties on Wednesday, targeting the faculties of nursing, dentistry, and
allied medical sciences.
The workshop was presented by Dr.
Maryam Al-Amri from the Faculty of Pharmacy at Yarmouk University.
The workshop aimed to introduce
students to the concept of joint professional education, with the workshop's
results being used to develop and modify curricula.
Students participated in a specific
medical case study, which was evaluated by faculty members from the relevant
faculties.
Dr. Ahlam Al-Kilani, the Dean of the
Faculty of Pharmacy, emphasized the importance of these initiatives in
promoting integration between medical specialties, which positively impacts the
preparation of students for the job market.
At the conclusion of the workshop,
Dr. Al-Kilani presented a shield of appreciation to Dr. Maryam Al-Amri in
recognition of her valuable efforts and active contribution to the success of
this academic activity.
