A number of master's theses were examined at Zarqa University in the specializations of business administration, digital marketing and accounting.

Student Murad Jalal Asaad Hassan defended his thesis entitled "The impact of transformational leadership on the performance of workers in health organizations, a field study of Al-Bashir Hospitals in Jordan" supervised by Dr. Abdul Rahman Abbas Al-Kharabsheh.

Student Abdul Rahman Aref Abdullah Al-Omari defended his master's thesis entitled "The impact of marketing agility dimensions in achieving the satisfaction of beneficiaries of electronic services of the Greater Amman Municipality? Jordan, a field study" under the supervision of Dr. Mustafa Saeed Hammad.

Student Ahmed Falah Ali Al-Jabour also defended his master's thesis entitled "The impact of applying internal control in reducing creative accounting practices in Jordanian commercial banks listed on the Amman Stock Exchange" under the supervision of Dr. Hosni Khalil Al-Shatarat.

Student Ahmed Hussein Abdul Razzaq Al-Anbatawi defended his master's thesis entitled "The impact of artificial intelligence techniques in improving the quality of accounting information systems in Jordanian commercial banks listed on the Amman Stock Exchange" under the supervision of Dr. Hosni Khalil Al-Shatarat.

Student Khaled Abdullah Muhammad Al-Alauna defended his master's thesis entitled "The impact of training and professional qualification of the internal auditor on the quality of auditing in Jordanian government institutions" under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Tariq Hammad Mubaideen.

Student Amer Harbi Abdullah Abu Zaid defended his master's thesis entitled "The impact of business intelligence systems on the green economy in the Jordan River Foundation - a case study" under the supervision of Dr. Abdul Rahman Abbas Al-Kharabsheh.

Student Duaa Khalaf Yassin Al-Zayoud defended her master's thesis entitled "The impact of organizational excellence in crisis management at the Central Bank of Jordan? A case study" under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Majed Abdul Mahdi Al-Masada.

Student Jamal Hosni Mahmoud Abu Khalil defended his master's thesis entitled "The Impact of Digital Transformation on Enhancing Trainees' Skills: A Case Study of Al-Kafaa International Company - Jordan" under the supervision of Dr. Amer Salem Al-Sarayrah.

Student Alaa Najib Obaid Al-Damour defended his master's thesis "The Impact of Knowledge Management on Effective Decision-Making: A Field Study: Manufacturing Companies Jordanian Medicines " supervisied by Prof. Dr. Majed Abdul Mahdi Al-Masada.

Student Muhammad Adnan Ahmed Al-Waqed also defended his master's thesis entitled "Digital leadership and its impact on enhancing the effectiveness of digital transformation - a case study of the Greater Amman Municipality" under the supervision of Dr. Hazem Khaled Shehadeh.

Student Shafa Samih Mahmoud Al-Sharman defended her master's thesis entitled "Digital leadership and its impact on organizational integrity at the Jordan Kuwait Bank in Amman - Jordan" under the supervision of Dr. Hazem Khaled Shehadeh.

Student Laith Mahmoud Muhammad Al-Adwan defended his master's thesis entitled "Entrepreneurship and its impact on organizational reputation - in Makani Jordan Company" under the supervision of Dr. Hazem Khaled Shehadeh.

Student Majdoleen Mahmoud Azbi Ananza defended her master's thesis entitled "The impact of human resources management practices on job performance at the Movenpick Hotel - Amman, Jordan" under the supervision of Dr. Nasser Sobhi Assaf.

Student Saleh Eid Ragi Al-Masry defended his master's thesis entitled "The impact of Business Intelligence in Achieving Institutional Excellence in the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship - Amman, Jordan Case Study "Supervised by Dr. Nasser Sobhi Assaf.

Student Saif Muhammad Ismail Al-Hadidi defended his master's thesis entitled "The Impact of Digital Transformation on Employee Performance - A Case Study in Abu Sheikha Exchange Company, Jordan" supervised by Dr. Hazem Khaled Shehadeh.

Student Farah Samih Musa Al-Qtaishat defended his master's thesis entitled "The Impact of Job Satisfaction on the Quality of Health Services, a Case Study of Zarqa Governmental Hospital" supervised by Dr. Sultan Mahmoud Al-Shura.

Student Aseel Tawfiq Musa Al-Fuqaha efended her master's thesis entitled "The Impact of Applying Lean Production Management on Productivity in Clothing Manufacturing Companies in Jordan - Amman" supervised by Dr. Amer Salem Al-Sarayrah.

Student Abdullah Muhammad Bashar Meli defended his master's thesis entitled "The Impact of Using Digital Video Technologies in Enhancing Brand Awareness (A Field Study in Amman, Jordan)" supervised by Dr. Iyad Abdul-Ilah Khanfar.

Student Razan Yasser Abdullah Abu Mahfouz defended her master's thesis entitled "The Impact of Transformational Leadership on Talent Management: A Case Study of the Arab Islamic International Bank in Jordan" under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Khaled Abdul Wahab Al-Zaidin.

Student Alaa Abdul Karim Ahmed Hamdan defended her master's thesis entitled "Developing Artificial Intelligence Systems and Its Impact on Improving Service Operations in the Greater Amman Municipality" under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Khaled Abdul Wahab Al-Zaidin.

Student Farah Hamad Abdul Awdat defended her master's thesis entitled "The Impact of Talent Management on Organizational Commitment in the Jordanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriate Affairs" under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Khaled Abdul Wahab Al-Zaidin.

Student Fahd Mufdi Jarbou Al-Ruwaili defended his master's thesis entitled "The Impact of Organizational Agility on Improving Innovative Performance at Al-Jouf University - Kingdom of Saudi Arabia" under the supervision of Dr. Yousef Ahmed Al-Safadi.

Student Alaa Turki Abdul Rahman Al-Rawashdeh defended her master's thesis entitled "The Impact of Transformational Leadership on Organizational Silence in the Jordan Petroleum Refinery Company Limited, a Case Study" under the supervision of Dr. Nasser Sobhi Assaf.

Student Thaer "Mohammed Farid" Nimer Afaneh defended his master's thesis entitled "The Impact of Digital Transformation on the Quality of Personal Banking Services at the Arab Islamic International Bank - Jordan" under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Khaled Abdul Wahab Al-Zaidin.

Student Abdul-Ilah Muid Jarbou Al-Ruwaili defended his master's thesis entitled "The Impact of Strategic Leadership on Human Capital Development: A Case Study of the Northern Border University" under the supervision of Dr. Amer Salem Al-Sarayrah.

Student Omar Samir Mahmoud Al-Samadi defended his master's thesis entitled "The Impact of Environmental Sustainability on Green Supply Chain Management in Logistics Companies / Jordan: A Field Study" under the supervision of Dr. Jazem Khaled Shahada. Student Tala Mohammed Awad Al-Naimi defended her master's thesis entitled "The Impact of Electronic Application Auditing on the Quality of Accounting Information in the Income and Sales Tax Department in Jordan" under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Nidal Mahmoud Al-Ramahi.

Student Safaa Nasri Kamli Al-Ahmad defended her master's thesis entitled "The Impact of Digital Transformation on the Efficiency of Electronic Accounting Systems in the Civil Status Department in Jordan" under the supervision of Dr. Thaer Faisal Qashtam.

Student Mohammed Eid Dhlifan Al-Sharari defended his master's thesis entitled "The Impact of Artificial Intelligence Technologies on the Quality of Financial Reports in Companies Listed in the Saudi Market" supervised by Prof. Dr. Tariq Hammad Mubaideen.

Student Muhannad Mohammed Arif Al-Huwaian defended his master's thesis entitled "The Role of Psychological Capital as an Intervening Variable between Trustworthy Leadership and Administrative Creativity: A Field Study in the Jordanian Pharmaceutical Company" under the supervision of Dr. Maan Hussein Mansour.
