The Faculty of Allied Medical Sciences at Zarqa University examined a number of Master's Theses in the Specialization of Medical Laboratory Sciences.

Student Omar Hussein Ali Al-Kofhi defended his thesis entitled "The spread of multidrug-resistant bacteria Acinetobacter baumannii and its molecular characterization among patients residing in Irbid Governmental Hospital, Jordan" under the supervision of Dr. Rania Muhammad Al-Qarum.

Student Israa Hassan Hussein Darwish dfended her thesis entitled "The relationship between genetic changes in antioxidant enzymes superoxide dismutase 2, glutathione peroxidase 1 and catalase with patients with varicocele in the Jordanian population" under the supervision of Dr. Tariq Nayef Al-Ramadaneh.

Student Anas Shaker Abdul Abdul also defended his thesis entitled "Curcumin modification of hepatic immune cell infiltration and inflammatory biomarkers in diabetic mouse models" under the supervision of Dr. Kawthar Faisal Amawi.

Student Hiba Abdul Hamid Muhammad Al-Suwaiti defended her master's thesis entitled "Molecular characterization of Epstein-Barr virus in patients undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in Jordan" supervised by Dr. Rabaa Yousef Al-Athamneh.

Student Manal Omar Issa Hassan defended her master's thesis entitled "Molecular characterization of cytomegalovirus in patients undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in Jordan" supervised by Dr. Rabaa Yousef Al-Athamneh. Student Hanin Suleiman Salem Al-Hajaya defended her master's thesis entitled "Seroprevalence of Human Herpes Virus-8 among Blood Donors in Jordan" supervised by Dr. Rabaa Yousef Al-Athamneh.

Sstudent Diana Samih Mahmoud Bayari defended her master's thesis entitled "Association of Polymorphisms in Glutathione Peroxidase-1 and Myeloperoxidase with Nasopharyngeal Cancer in Jordanian Patients" supervised by Dr. Tariq Nayef Al-Ramadaneh.

Student Rahaf Abdullah Jamil Al-Duraidi defended her master's thesis entitled "Seroprevalence of Hepatitis E Virus among Blood Donors in Jordan" supervised by Dr. Rabaa Yousef Al-Athamneh. Student Faisal Ibrahim Fathi Ayash defended his master's thesis entitled "Evaluation of the effect of syzygium aromaticum extract on the effectiveness of the bioantigen cefotaxime against Pseudomonas Aeruginosa" under the supervision of Dr. Hashem Ahmed Abu Huraira.

Student Dana Ihab Daif Allah Al-Makhzoumi defended her master's thesis entitled "Molecular characterization and antibiotic sensitivity of Acinetobacter baumannii isolated from intensive care unit devices in Jordanian hospitals" under the supervision of Dr. Ayman Daif Allah Al-Sheikh Abdul.

Student Rima Abdullah Hussein Bani Saeed defended her master's thesis entitled "Molecular characterization of the BK virus in kidney transplant patients in Jordan" under the supervision of Dr. Rabaa Yousef Al-Athamneh.

Student Amani Ibrahim presented Yam Jawdat Al-Balbisi defended her master's thesis entitled "The relationship between genetic mutations in the serotonin transporter porter gene and obsessive-compulsive disorder in Jordanian society" under the supervision of Dr. Tariq Nayef Al-Ramadaneh.

Student Duaa Suleiman Hamad Al-Qaisi defended her master's thesis entitled "Expression of inflammatory factors exploring the histological and biochemical anti-diabetic effects of okra seeds on the diabetes mellitus model" supervised by Dr. Kawthar Faisal Amawi.

Student Nour Bilal Mustafa Ali defended her master's thesis entitled "Studying the effect of a mixture of wormwood extract with the antibiotic cefotaxime on stubborn Klebsiella pneumoniae" under the supervision of Dr. Hashem Ahmed Abu Hurairah.

Student Al-Shimaa Musa Mahmoud Al-Alauna also defended her master's thesis entitled "The effect of treatment with myoinositol in alleviating the symptoms of polycystic ovary syndrome" under the supervision of Dr. Kawthar Faisal Amawi.

The student, Sami Jassim Muhammad Salah, defended his master’s thesis entitled “The prevalence of post-operative methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus infections in Jordanian hospitals” under the supervision of Dr. Rania Muhammad Al-Qarum.

Student Aseel Muhammad Abdullah Rizq defended her master's thesis entitled "The relationship of genetic polymorphisms of the receptor (TLR-4) with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) in the Jordanian population" under the supervision of Dr. Khaled Mahmoud Al-Qaoud.

Student Yara Ayed Abdul Shawer defended her master's thesis entitled "The relationship between genetic changes in serotonin 12 receptors and depression patients in the Jordanian community" under the supervision of Dr. Tariq Nayef Al-Ramadaneh.

Student Murad Sidqi Muhammad Shuraida defended his master's thesis entitled "The synergistic effect of zoledronic acid and resveratrol on prostate cancer cells" under the supervision of Dr. Rania Muhammad Al-Qarum.

Student Haif Ghanem Rabie Al-Shammari defended his master's thesis entitled "Study of Cyclin D1 and PAX5 expression in the liver of diabetic rats" under the supervision of Dr. Kawthar Faisal Amawi.

Student Raghad Khalaf Ibrahim Humaysat defended her master's thesis entitled "The relationship between polymorphisms of myeloperoxidase (MPO) and varicocele in Jordanian society" under the supervision of Dr. Tariq Nayef Al-Ramadaneh.
