Zarqa University hosted an awareness session organized by the
Social Security Corporation on Wednesday and Thursday, September 18-19, 2024,
regarding the "Sustainability++" program. The session was attended by
private business owners in Zarqa Governorate and included an explanation of the
program and a discussion on how to implement it in the best interest of both
employers and workers.
Professor Nidal Al Ramahi, President of Zarqa University,
emphasized the importance of strengthening the relationship between the
university and the Social Security Corporation, which began with a memorandum
of understanding signed in 2022. He also stressed the significance of
collaboration between national institutions in achieving their objectives in
serving the community. Al Ramahi highlighted the university's growth, its
academic specialties, and its advancement in academic, research, and community
service fields.
