A number of
master’s theses in the fields of business administration and marketing were examined
at Zarqa University, on April 17-18, 2024.
In the Business
Administration program, student Basil Abdullah defended his master’s thesis, entitled
“The Impact of Intellectual Capital on Administrative Creativity in
Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Companies - Jordan, a Field Study,” under the
supervision of Prof. Dr. Majid Al-Musa’ada, and student Ahmed Abdel Qader defended
his master’s thesis, titled “The Impact of Information Technology for Crisis
Management in the Ministry of Health in Jordan" under the supervision of
Dr. Abdul Rahman Al-Kharabsheh.
Student Ihab
Khattab defended his master’s thesis, titled “The Role of Digital
Transformation in Improving Human Resources Activities at the Central Bank of
Jordan,” under the supervision of Dr. Abdul Rahman Al-Kharabsheh. Student Tariq
Abu Aadi defended his master’s thesis, titled “The Impact of Entrepreneurship
in Enhancing Service Recipients’ Satisfaction in Greater Amman
Municipality" under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Khaled Al-Zayadin.
The student
Ahmed Musaedeh defended his master’s thesis, titled “The Impact of Strategic
Thinking on Crisis Management, a Case Study of the Bank of Jordan,” under the
supervision of Dr. Hazem Shehadeh.
Student Samia
Al-Daboubi defended her master’s thesis titled “The Impact of Administrative
Governance in Achieving Regulatory Commitment in the Ministry of Transport,”
under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Majid Al-Masa’ada.
In the
marketing major, student Iman Al-Omariyya defended her master’s thesis titled “The
Moderating Role of Demographic Variables on the Relationship of Digital
Marketing and Online Shoppers Purchasing Intention. A Field Study in Amman City-Jordan”
under the supervision of Professor Dr. Zakaria Azzam.
