A delegation from the Arab Women's Association and the University of Barcelona visited Zarqa University on Sunday, December 4, 2023, with the aim of presenting the first workshop for the Women's Participation Enhancement Project.

The workshop was attended by several faculty members, representatives from the Deanery of Scientific Research, the International Cooperation Unit, the Deanery of Admissions and Registration, and students from the Faculty of Law.

The workshop discussed the experience of the University of Barcelona in promoting the integration of women in the educational and academic environment. It also involved the exchange of experiences in the field of academic teaching and collaboration on joint research projects.

At the end of the visit, the delegation toured some of the university's facilities, expressing their admiration for the achievements, development, and various programs offered at both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
