As of Sunday,
10/1/2023, Zarqa University signed an agreement of understanding and academic
and training cooperation with United Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Company with
the goal of developing and documenting cooperation in the field of training
pharmacy students and preparing them for employment.
The agreement
was signed on behalf of the university by the Vice President for Administrative
Affairs, Professor Dr. Nidal Aisha, and on behalf of the United Pharmaceutical
Manufacturing Company, by Dr. Nidal Khalifat, in the presence of the Dean of
the College of Pharmacy, Dr. Ahlam Al-Kilani.
The agreement
included training pharmacy students, developing their skills, and integrating
them into practical environments in the early stages of study to ensure that
the program’s learning outcomes are compatible with the labor market needs.
Aisha said that
this cooperation embodies the university’s vision of creating knowledge and
preparing leaders, by preparing qualified students for the labor market with
all capabilities, noting that the university is always keen to provide them
with all types of support, whether through modern study plans, or through
partnerships with various companies with specialization.
