Zarqa University hosted a delegation from the Royal Jordanian Air Force Women's Club led by its president, Mrs. Nada Al-Hiyasat, on Wednesday 3/23/2023.

Prof. Nidal Al-Ramahi, The President of Zarqa University, discussed during his meeting with the delegation, in the presence of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Zarqa Educational and Investment Company, His Excellency Dr. Mahmoud Abu Shaira, and the Dean of the Zarqa Intermediate Technical College, Dr. Monther Krishan, ways to strengthen relations between the two parties.

Al-Ramahi said that the university is fully open to community institutions within the framework of its function in community service, indicating that the university organizes events and activities for members of the local community with the aim of enabling them to increase their skills in order to contribute to achieving sustainable development in their areas of residence.

Dr. Monther Krishan, Dean of Zarqa Intermediate Technical College, presented an overview of the college and its development in various fields.

Under the directives of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of  Zarqa Educational  and Investment Company , His Excellency Dr. Mahmoud Abu Shaira,  Zarqa Technical College and the Continuing Education Center at Zarqa University presented several free courses and gave the opportunity to cooperate in various training fields for the club's members, who represent the children and families of the valiant Jordanian Armed Forces.

At the end of the visit, the delegation toured the facilities of the Zarqa Intermediate Technical College and the Center for Continuing Education, and expressed their admiration for the level reached by the university and the college in the various fields and courses it offers. During the meeting, shields of appreciation were exchanged between Zarqa University and Royal Jordanian Air Force Women's Club.
