The Faculty of Nursing Participates in Training Students of the Faculties of Medicine and Engineerin

A faculty member at the Faculty of Nursing at Zarqa University, Dr. Islam Al-Aweidat, participated in the implementation of a training program to build the research and creative capacities of students of the faculties of medicine, pharmacy and medical engineering in various Jordanian universities.

The activities of the training program concluded on Saturday 3/18/2023 with the Health Tech Hustle competition, which was organized with the support of Bank al Etihad, with the participation of 11 teams from various Jordanian universities distributed over the research and technical tracks in one of the latest and largest events held in the Kingdom in the field of medical engineering and biotechnology.

Dr. Al-Aweidat gave lectures entitled "The Elements of Scientific Research", which is concerned with training students of the faculties of medicine, pharmacy and medical engineering on the basics of scientific research to qualify them to participate in the first creative research competition of its kind in the Kingdom: Health-tech Hust.

The President of Zarqa University, Prof. Dr. Nidal Al Ramahi, expressed his pride in the university's cadres for what it embraces of a group of distinguished academics in many scientific fields, and this is consistent with the university's vision of serving the community and enhancing cooperation between the academic sector at Zarqa University and its sister universities in other Jordanian universities.

Al Ramahi said that the university works annually to attract faculty members in various disciplines and faculties who have distinguished scientific and practical experiences to transfer to students in order to reach outputs capable of making a positive impact in the various productive sectors in Jordan.
