Within the series of periodic meetings, a meeting of the local
editorial committee of the International Arab Journal of Information Technology
IAJIT was held at Zarqa University on Tuesday 3/14/2023.
The meeting was chaired by the Editor-in-Chief of the International
Arab Journal of Information Technology, Dean of the Faculty of Information
Technology at Zarqa University, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Hassan, in the presence of
Prof. Dr. Saad Bani Muhammad from Al al-Bayt University and Dr. Khaled Walid
from Princess Sumaya University, in addition to members of the council from the
Faculty of Information Technology at Zarqa University.
A review of IAJIT journal's status was included in the meeting, as
well as discussion of the new updates to the journal's website and electronic
management system, as well as the development of the journal's work by
developing solutions and proposals for its challenges.
The editor-in-chief of the International Arab Journal of
Information Technology, Dean of the Faculty of Information Technology at Zarqa
University, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Hassan, said that the journal is supervised by
an expanded international editorial board, in addition to a global arbitration
committee with expertise and specialization from various Arab and foreign
universities.
It is noteworthy that (IAJIT) is an international indexed
peer-reviewed journal, and published periodically by Zarqa University in
Jordan.
Since 2003, the journal has been specialized in information
technology. The journal publishes six issues a year in English. After hosting
its permanent headquarters at Zarqa University in 2007, the Association of
Faculties of Computers and Information was approved as an official scientific
journal of the Association of Arab Universities. It is indexed by 14 international
institutions, including Clarivate Analytics, which is considered one of the
most important and largest working institutions in the field of indexing
scientific journals, which includes under its umbrella dozens of institutions
