The
Faculty of Pharmacy at Zarqa University held the OSCE exam (OSCE) for the
pharmaceutical training subject, with the aim of evaluating the academic
achievement and clinical skills of the students.
The
Student Evaluation Committee included experts and academics from outside the
university as external examiners and evaluators.
The
Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Dr. Ahlam Al-Kilani, explained that the OSCE
exam aims to test the students' clinical skills and ability to deal with
variables, and evaluate students' performance to determine their strengths and
weaknesses and improve their skills, in addition to a practical application of
the subjects they studied.
She
emphasized that the exam ensures that the student acquires the necessary
knowledge and skills and provides the opportunity to simulate reality and enable the students to deal
directly with the patient.
