As part of its ongoing efforts to keep pace with technological advancements in medical education, the Faculty of Dentistry at Zarqa University has announced the installation of its first Milling Machine in the college laboratories — a significant step aimed at enhancing students’ practical skills using the latest global technologies in dentistry.
The Milling Machine is one of the most advanced devices in the field of dental prosthetics fabrication. It is used to produce crowns and bridges with high precision through Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) technology, opening new educational horizons for students and boosting their clinical competencies.
Dr. Nisreen Al-Salem, Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry, emphasized that the introduction of this device marks a qualitative leap in the college's clinical training system. She affirmed the faculty’s commitment to providing a comprehensive learning environment that enables students to train on the latest tools and equipment used in both local and international dental practices.
Dr. Al-Salem added that the college continues to enhance its infrastructure and facilities to support academic excellence, improve the quality of its graduates, and strengthen their competitiveness in the job market.
