On Sunday, March 23, 2025, the Faculty of Dentistry at Zarqa University marked World Oral Health Day by organizing a series of awareness activities aimed at promoting oral health and encouraging healthy habits among students and the wider community.

The initiative was held under the supervision of Dr. Nisreen Al-Salem, Dean of the Faculty, with the active involvement of faculty members and students. Activities included free dental screenings, distribution of educational brochures, and one-on-one consultations to offer practical advice on maintaining good oral hygiene.

Dr. Al-Salem emphasized the importance of such awareness events in fostering a culture of preventive healthcare and highlighted the faculty’s ongoing commitment to community outreach and health education.
