The Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Zarqa University concluded the examinations of master's theses for the summer semester of 2024/2025. A number of students defended their theses in the fields of business administration, marketing, and accounting, under the supervision of a select group of faculty members.

Student Muhammad Bassam Ismail Al-Sarawi defended his thesis entitled "The Impact of Environmental Costs on Production Costs and Profitability in a Cement Manufacturing Company in Jordan," and student Batoul Tariq Ibrahim Al-Skafi defended her thesis entitled "The Impact of Sustainability Accounting on Financial and Strategic Performance in Commercial Banks Listed on the Amman Stock Exchange," under the supervision of Dr. Thaer Faisal Qushtum.

Student Enas Ahmed Muhammad Kamil defended her thesis on "The Impact of Accounting Information Systems Characteristics on Improving the Disclosure Level of Interim Financial Reports in Jordanian Commercial Banks Listed on the Amman Stock Exchange," under the supervision of Dr. Ayman Saleh Harb.

Student Ayed Hilmi Ali Najajreh also defended his thesis entitled "The Impact of Digital Accounting Transformation on the Quality of Financial Reports in the Social Security Corporation/Jordan," under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Tariq Hammad Al-Mubaideen.

Student Nidal Reda Ahmad Al-Sharab defended his thesis entitled "The Impact of Tax Auditor Efficiency on the Quality of Tax Audits in Jordan," under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Muhyiddin Abdul Rahman Hamza. Student Walid Ghaleb Al-Anzi defended his thesis titled "The Impact of Cloud Accounting on the Effectiveness of E-Commerce in Listed Banks in the Saudi Market," under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Nidal Mahmoud Al-Ramahi.

Student Hiyam Jaafar Ahmed Al-Qaisi defended her thesis titled "The Impact of Digital Transformation on Sustainable Supply Chain Management: A Case Study of Aramex – Amman, Jordan," and student Anwar Saleh Awad Al-Jaraydeh defended her thesis titled "The Role of Artificial Intelligence in Enhancing Human Resources Management Practices in International Organizations: A Case Study of the UNICEF Jordan Office," under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Khaled Abdul Wahab Al-Zaidyeen.

Student Adnan Ayedh Aifan Al-Maitari also defended his thesis, titled "The Impact of Business Continuity Management on Improving Supply Chain Performance at the Saudi Arabian Mining Company," under the supervision of Dr. Abdul Rahman Abbas Al-Kharabsheh, who also supervised the thesis of Laith Salamah Abdullah Al-Afishat, titled "The Impact of Green Supply Chain Management on Organizational Performance at the Greater Amman Municipality - Jordan", student Muhammad Saleh Awad Al-Sharari, titled "The Impact of Artificial Intelligence Technologies on Improving the Quality of Health Services at the Saudi Ministry of Health," and student Zakaria Abdul Rahim Atallah Al-Saud, titled "The Impact of Digital Transformation on Supply Chain Management: A Case Study of the Greater Amman Municipality - Jordan".

Student Ahmed Fawzi Nasser Al-Shahili also defended his thesis, titled "The Impact of Talent Management on Enhancing Green Supply Chain Management Practices at Al-Shahili Metal Industries Company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia," and student Nour Al-Din Jamal Muhammad Hamad, titled "The Impact of Transformational Leadership on the Effectiveness of Digital Transformation Strategies at Zain Telecom Jordan," under the supervision of Dr. Nasser Subhi Assaf.

Student Badour Mazen Ezzat Qteishat defended her thesis entitled "The Impact of Authentic Leadership on Organizational Excellence at the Jordan Electricity Company - Amman," under the supervision of Dr. Yousef Ahmed Al-Safadi.

Student Muhammad Salama Odeh Al-Habarneh defended his thesis entitled "The Impact of Agility on Organizational Excellence at the Jordan Electricity Company - Amman." A Strategy for Improving Organizational Creativity at the Arab Islamic International Bank - Jordan" under the supervision of Dr. Maan Hussein Mansour, who also supervised Abdullah Qasim Awad Al-Jahni's thesis on "The Impact of Talent Management on Enhancing Strategic Agility: A Case Study of the Greater Amman Municipality."

Student Muzaffar Madallah Suleiman Al-Asasfeh also defended his thesis entitled "The Impact of Talent Management on Employee Performance at the Social Security Corporation - Jordan" under the supervision of Dr. Maan Hussein Al-Saqr.

Student Taima Ahmed Hamoud Al-Matarneh defended her thesis entitled "The Impact of Implementing Cybersecurity Elements in Reducing Tax Evasion from the Perspective of Income Tax Auditors in Jordan" under the supervision of Dr. Abdul Wahab Mahmoud Al-Rawashdeh.

Student Alaa Majed Odeh Al-Rahahleh defended her thesis entitled "Digital Transformation and Its Impact on Job Alienation in the Greater Amman Municipality - Jordan" under the supervision of Dr. Hazem Khaled Shehadeh, who also supervised Mohammed Saeed Ahmed Al-Riahneh's thesis entitled "Strategic Leadership and Its Impact on Crisis Management in the Ministry of Youth - Jordan". Sarah Ahmed Mohammed Abu Al-Ghanem's thesis was titled "Intellectual Capital and Its Impact on Entrepreneurial Orientation at the Development and Employment Fund - Riyada - Jordan".

Inshirah Rafqi Mahmoud Al-Nasser also defended her thesis titled "The Impact of Digital Service Quality on Improving the Mental Image of Beneficiaries of Social Security Corporation Services in Zarqa City, Jordan: A Field Study", under the supervision of Dr. Khaled Tawfiq Al-Assaf.

Abdulaziz Ibrahim Dhaher Al-Anzi defended her thesis titled "The Impact of Organizational Justice on Job Burnout: Irada Hospital and Mental Health in Al-Qurayyat, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia", under the supervision of Dr. Farah Nabaz Al-Dalaeen.

Humam Abdul Majeed Ibrahim Al-Majali defended his thesis titled "The Impact of Strategic Vigilance on Organizational Acumen: A Case Study of the Aqaba Container Terminal, Jordan", under the supervision of Dr. Al-Muntaser Mohammed Abu Hussein, who also supervised Noura Aql Hamad Aqees's thesis titled "The Moderating Role of Servant Leadership in the Relationship between Green Talent Management and Innovative Work Behavior: A Case Study of the Royal Society for the Conservation of Nature - Jordan."

Mohammed Ayat Tarqaa Al-Anzi defended his thesis, "The Impact of Employee Motivation on Innovative Performance at Ma'aden Company - Saudi Arabia," under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Majid Abdul Mahdi Al-Massada, who also supervised Aref Ibrahim Aref Nazzal's thesis, "The Impact of Digital Transformation on Institutional Excellence at Orange Jordan - A Case Study".

Student Sadiq Adel Sadiq Abu Sheikha defended his thesis, "The Impact of Change in Tax Policies on the Financial Performance of Industrial Companies Registered in Free Zones in Jordan", under the supervision of Dr. Ibrahim Nasser Joudeh.

Student Abdullah Khalaf Faleh Al-Shammari defended his thesis, "Strategic Planning and Its Impact on the Implementation of Total Quality Management at the Northern Border University", under the supervision of Dr. Sultan Mahmoud Al-Shwara.

These examinations reflect Zarqa University's commitment to supporting scientific research and enhancing higher education outcomes to meet the needs of society and the labor market, and to contribute to keeping pace with contemporary developments in the fields of economics, business, and management.
