The Pharmaceutical Research Center at Zarqa University launched its first training workshop, titled "Risk Management and CAPA Applications in the Pharmaceutical Industry," as part of a preparatory training program for fourth-year students at the Faculty of Pharmacy, under the supervision of Dr. Ahlam Al-Kilani, the Dean of the Faculty.

The workshop, presented by Engineer Rasha Al-Bazour, Director of Quality at the Center, aimed to enhance students' practical skills in pharmaceutical quality systems. It included practical applications and exercises that simulate the reality of the pharmaceutical industry.

This workshop marks the beginning of a series of specialized training programs through which the Center seeks to link academic aspects with practical applications, preparing students for the pharmaceutical labor market according to the highest standards.

Dr. Al-Kilani emphasized the importance of integrating students into training environments that simulate the practical reality of the pharmaceutical industry, noting that this initiative falls within the Faculty's vision of preparing qualified and capable pharmaceutical personnel.

Al-Kilani explained that the training program includes multiple components covering quality requirements and legislative compliance in the pharmaceutical industry, in addition to developing students' technical and analytical skills.
