Based on the decision of Prime Minister Dr. Jaafar Hassan, Zarqa University President Prof. Nidal Al-Ramahi decided to declare the university and its staff a holiday on Thursday, June 26^th, 2025, on the occasion of the Islamic New Year, with the exception of those whose work requires otherwise.

Al-Ramahi emphasized that this occasion embodies the meanings of the Prophet's migration and the great human values ​​of patience, sacrifice, and construction it carries. He prayed to Allah to bring it back to the Arab and Islamic nations with goodness, blessings, and prosperity.

Al-Ramahi congratulated His Majesty King Abdullah II ibn Al-Hussein, His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al-Hussein bin Abdullah II, and the Arab and Islamic nations on this blessed occasion, asking Allah to protect Jordan, its Hashemite leadership, and its proud people.
