In the presence of His Excellency Dr. Mahmoud Abu Shaira, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Zarqa Educational and Investment Company, and His Excellency Engineer Samir Habashneh, the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Zarqa University, His Excellency Prof. Dr. Nidal Al-Ramahi, the President of Zarqa University, sponsored on Wednesday, February, 19^th, 2025, the graduation ceremony of the twenty-eighth batch of Zarqa University students for the first semester of the academic year 2024/2025.

The number of graduating students was (850) male and female students, as the first ceremony included the graduation of students from the Faculties of Arts, Sharia, Economics, and Administrative Sciences, while the second ceremony included the graduation of students from the Faculties of Law, Technological Engineering, Pharmacy, Media, and Science. As for the third ceremony, it included the graduation of students from the Faculties of Allied Medical Sciences, Information Technology, Nursing, Educational Sciences, Arts and Design, while the ceremony concluded with the graduation of graduate students and students from Zarqa Intermediate Technical Faculty.

Prof. Dr. Al-Ramahi, the President of Zarqa University, stressed that graduation moments are bright milestones in the student's academic journey, and are the culmination of years of hard work, diligence and perseverance, stressing that Zarqa University is proud today to graduate a new generation of students who have drawn from the wellspring of knowledge and science, and have been equipped with the skills that qualify them to be active elements in building the nation and serving society.

He added that Zarqa University has been keen, since its establishment, a distinguished academic environment that combines modern education, scientific research, and practical training, to prepare cadres capable of facing the challenges of the labor market with merit, stressing that Zarqa University graduates will set off with all strength and confidence in their professional careers, carrying with them the values ​​of excellence and creativity that the university has instilled in them.

Al-Ramahi explained that the university does not only provide knowledge, but also seeks to develop the student's personality and hone his leadership and research skills, so that he is able to positively influence his community. He also expressed his thanks and appreciation to the faculty and administrative staff for their continuous efforts in providing quality education that contributes to creating future leaders, wishing the graduates further progress and success in their academic and professional lives.

In turn, Prof. Dr. Majed Masaada, the Dean of Students’ Affairs, stressed that this day is a new achievement that reflects the fruits of the effort and hard work made by the students during their years of study at the university, noting that this moment represents the beginning of a new stage in their lives, as they will set out to the labor market armed with the knowledge, science, and values ​​they acquired during their studies at Zarqa University.

He added that the Deanship of Students’ Affairs is proud to have been part of the students' journey at the university, as it worked hard to create a supportive academic and social environment that helps them grow and develop, not only in the academic field, but also in building their personalities and enhancing their life and leadership skills.

Prof. Masaada stressed that the university, through its academic plans and various student activities, has been keen to provide students with the knowledge and experiences that qualify them to keep pace with the requirements of the labor market and contribute effectively to the development of society.
