On Monday, October 7, 2024, the Faculty of Nursing at Zarqa University held a two-day workshop for new faculty members. The workshop aimed to introduce the new faculty members to their tasks and responsibilities, particularly regarding student advising, teaching, the use of laboratories, practical training, interacting with students, meeting the requirements of e-learning and blended learning, as well as student assessment and achieving quality standards.

The workshop also sought to enhance the faculty members' ability to create a conducive environment for the educational process and practical training, ensuring that national and international nursing education standards are met, helping students reach the highest levels of performance.

Dean of the Faculty of Nursing, Dr. Ahmed Rayan, stated that the faculty offers training workshops for its members to enable them to develop their leadership potential, fulfill their obligations toward students and the local community, and enhance their performance through continuous learning and knowledge enrichment.
