International Arab Journal for information technology (IAJIT) continues in excellence, where (IMPACT FACTOR) was applied to the magazine by THOMSON Foundation, (IMPACT FACTOR) is a measure of the use of research published in the journal by researchers worldwide and is given to the  globally accredited journals only. The 2014 Factor Impact Factor was increased to 0.724

Based on the improvement and increase in the Impact Factor from 0.519 in 2015 to 0.724 in 2016, which is 40%, the magazine was upgraded from Q4 to Q3 according to the Scientific Journal Rank (SJR) adopted by Thomson Reuters.

It is worth mentioning that (IAJIT) issuance by the Colleges of Computing and Information Society, which general secretariat is based in Zarqa University headquarters, the society is one of the associations of analog colleges of of the Association of Arab Universities in the field of information technology, and the Journal is indexed by fifteen of the best global known institution such as THOMSON and ElSEVIER Foundations.

The achievements of the Colleges of Computing and Information Society in general and the IAJIT in particular have been achieved by continuous support of the Zarqa University represented by the Chairman of its Board, Dr. Mahmoud Abu Shaera, and all its administrations, in addition to the efforts of the staff of the association and the editor of the Journal.
