Information and Library Studies

Library and Information Science is one of the three departments of the College of Educational Sciences, and this department began receiving its students in 2001/2002.
This department had its presence in the college and university march at the level of teaching, research and community service, and contributed to the formation of leaders in Jordanian libraries and information centers, and its bid is still increasing through the programs it provides and its advisory services to librarians and information specialists, bearing in mind the importance of excellence and creativity in understanding the problems of workers In the field of libraries and information.
The department has an operator for practical training, and three computer laboratories in the university library, and the department focuses on field training for students in various libraries and information centers.
