The idea of the conference was launched from Zarqa University in Jordan, where the founding contract of ACIT'2000 was held in 2000 at Zarqa University, then annual courses continued without interruption between the universities of Arab countries as follows: (Qatar, Egypt, Algeria, Syria, Tunisia, Yemen, Libya, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Oman, Morocco, Lebanon), and the twentieth will be held at Al Ain University / UAE in the period between 3-5/12/2019.
