Mission
The mission of the college and the university is based on three axes:
The first axis: a distinguished educational service in the fields of applied medical sciences.
The second axis: is community service.
The third axis: is effective and applicable scientific research.
In the first axis: the educational and academic service in the fields of medical sciences, in theory and in practice.
• The college has been providing all the scientific requirements including laboratories, educational tools, and high-level academic staff from all subspecialties.
• The college was also keen to have at least 80% of its academic staff specialized in the fields of medical laboratory sciences, hearing, speech, therapeutic nutrition, medical radiology, physiotherapy, and professional staff with experience, knowledge, and morals.
• Direct and continuous supervision of practical training by faculty members who hold a doctorate in the areas of training as a special requirement to supervise students in hospitals and accredited training centers.
• Continuous evaluation and development of teaching curricula, taking into consideration the feedback from the academic and professional community of the field.
• Equipping scientific research laboratories with state-of-the-art equipment.

Faculty Objectives
The faculty is established to achieve a set of goals, the most important of which are:
1. Meet the needs of various society institutions with specialized and competent personnel in the Allied medical sciences sector.
2. Emphasis on the integration of student personality at all aspect including: academic, moral, social and psychological.
3. Supply the job market with specialized and competent personnel in medical and laboratory fields.
4. Promote the spirit of scientific honesty and accuracy in conducting various laboratory tests.
5. Improve the scientific research skills of students through their practical training in faculty labs.
6. Development of applied practical skills through practical training in governmental and private hospitals.
7. Graduate students who are successful in their medical field and up-to-date concerning modern biotechnology and medical issues.
8. Train the students on how to solve the problems encountered in their careers.
