The Dean of the Faculty
of Sharia, Dr. Anas Al-Khalayleh, and the Dean of the Faculty of Educational
Sciences, Dr. Reda Al-Mawadiah, met with the new students who joined the
faculties on the first semester of 2020/2021, using visual communication
technology via the Microsoft Teams platform.
Al-Khalayleh, in the
presence of Prof. Dr. Abdul-Rahim Al-Sharif, Deputy Dean and Head of the
Fundamentals of Religion Department, congratulated the students on their
admission to the College of Sharia, which has a local, regional and
international reputation. As many students of Arab and foreign nationalities
join it annually to study Sharia sciences, explaining to students the most
important regulations and instructions related to e-learning (distance).
The Vice-Dean talked
about the importance of seeking knowledge and seriousness in seeking knowledge,
urging students to organize their lectures and benefit from the expertise of
faculty members in the faculty, to maintain the distinguished position of the
faculty of Sharia, which is considered one of the leading faculties at the
local and Arab level.
For his part, Dr. Reda
Al-Mawadiah, during his meeting with new students in the Faculty of Educational
Sciences, explained the regulations and instructions in force at the university
and issues related to e-learning (distance), in addition to an explanation of
the guiding plans for the three majors of the Faculty. Early Childhood, Library
Science, Information and Class Teacher.
During the meeting,
which was attended by department heads and faculty members at the college, the
mechanism of communication between the student and the subject teacher was
introduced through the means of distance education via the Microsoft Teams
platform. In addition to directing
students to follow the videos on the e-learning system, how to upload homework
and take electronic exams.
