The Arabic word 'Takween' means 'Formation' in English. The idea of 'Takween' was the target of some Ismaili Muslim alchemists, the most prominent of whom was Jabir Ibn Hayyan. In Alchemy,' Takween' refers to the creating of artificial life in the laboratory, including human life. It is still unknown whether Jabir ibn al-Hayyan aims to carry out this idea or not.
The meaning of the word 'formation' (arrangement; configuration; conformation; format; layout; setout and setup) In light of the development of philosophies and trends in literature- in visual arts, design, and technological innovations; methods of creative work have evolved. That has become in need of contemporary reading and research review of the foundations and rules recognized in the creative process.
And starting from this initial conclusion, the first international conference of the Faculty of Art and Design aspires in its first session to provide an opportunity for researchers from all parts of the Arab world and the world to discuss the element of creating creative work to reach the orientation of new horizons and energies to be able to keep pace with the latest developments in the construction of design and artworks.
