Through video communication technology, a master's thesis by
Mostafa Ahmad Ezzat Alkiswani, in the MBA program, and tagged THE EFFECT OF
COMPENSATION SYSTEM AND CAREER GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE: A
CASE STUDY OF ZARQA UNIVERSITY IN JORDAN" was examined on Friday 22/05/2020.
The examining committee consisted of Dr. Laith Al-Qihawi,
Supervisor and Chairman, Dr. Ahmed Nasser Abu Zaid, an external examiners from Mutah
University, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Al-Taie and, Dr. Hazem Shehadeh internal
The committee approved the student's thesis, which sought
to know the impact of the compensation system and growth opportunities on the
performance of workers, where the study recommended the need for the employee
to enhance his capabilities through training and development because it
reflects on the performance of workers in the institution as a whole.
The discussion was attended by the dean of the Faculty of
Economics and Administrative Sciences, Professor Dr. Zakaria Al-Azzam, the Dean
of the Admission and Registration is Dr. Khaled Al-Zaedeen, the Dean of the Faculty
of Graduate Studies, Professor Dr. Mustafa Al-Sheikh, and a number of faculty
and graduate students.
