Mahmoud, in the MBA program, and titled" Organizational Learning on Impact
on Green Innovation: The Mediating Role of Absorptive Capacity: A Case study of
Al-Youm Food Company - Jordan" was examined on Thursday 21/05/2020.
examining committee consisted of Dr. Hazem Shehadeh, Supervisor and Chairman, Prof.
Dr. Ziyad Muhammad Ali Al-Smadi from Al Al-Bayt University, Prof. Dr. Muhammad
Al-Taie and Dr. Laith Al-Qihawi, internal examiners.
The committee approved the thesis, which aimed to understanding
the impact of organizational learning dimensions (commitment to learning,
openness, experimentation, knowledge transfer, integration and perspective
systems) on green innovation and its dimensions (product green, green process
and organizational innovation), where the study recommended that companies need
to encourage employees to deliver green creative ideas, and provide incentives
different for them, with increasing dependence On environmentally friendly raw
materials and work to reduce manufacturing waste and better manage it.
The discussion was attended by the dean of the Faculty of
Economics and Administrative Sciences, Professor Dr. Zakaria Al-Azzam, the Dean
of the Faculty of Graduate Studies, Professor Dr. Mustafa Al-Sheikh, and a
number of faculty and graduate students.
