Applications for scholarships within the
project, EDU-Syria which is funded by the European Union Regional Development
Fund to respond to the Syrian crisis , the Madad Fund" , are now submitted
to Zarqa University."
The Dean of Admission and Registration, Dr.
Khaled Al-Zaydain, said that the scholarships
are made available for the second
semester of the 2019/2020 academic year.
The conditions include that the student must be of Syrian nationality, has a refugee certificate from the United
Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, holds the magnetic security card and has obtained a duly certified high school
He pointed out that the procedures for
applying for the scholarship require submitting a filled in grant form to the
Deanship of Admission and Registration so as to obtain an acceptance notice
from Zarqa University The student should apply for the grant through the
program's website "www.edu-syria.eu", provided that the student is
informed of his acceptance of the scholarship by the Project coordinators. The
deadline for registration will be February 7th, 2020.
