The Development management of
institutional performance in the prime ministry held an introductory workshop
for Zarqa University students about Crown Prince’s Reward for the Best
Government Services Application to introduce the aims and criteria of the reward.
The session was attended by a representative from education and scientific
research, Prof. Dr. Essam Al Daoud, Dean of the Faculty of Information Technology,
members of teaching staff from the faculty, and a number of students.
The participant team of the reward
presented a visual presentation and an educational video explains the terms of
participation and the targeted sectors to design applications that is related
to the government services which is offered to the people that contains health,
education, terrorist, business environment, transportation and water sectors,
which represent the sectors that is considered a priority in the government
reviewed the progress of the award by starting the registration in early
August, passing the advanced evaluation procedures for the award until the
winners are announced at a ceremony in November, indicating the technical
conditions must be available in applications, and the criteria for their
evaluation on which the winners will be selected.
sixteenth of April, His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al-Hussein Bin Abdullah II
was the sponsor of the award ceremony for more than 300,000 university students
in Jordan to participate in one of three prizes totaling one hundred thousand
Jordanian dinars submitted by the Government of the United Arab Emirates For
the three best applications offered by students.
